  • Exchanges / Refunds: If you are not completely satisfied or have any negative reactions to my products for any reason, you may return your item for a full refund or exchange of equal value (if the replacement item is a lesser value, a refund will be issued for the difference).
    • Shipping costs are your responsibility, and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    • Please note that sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Refunds: Once your returned item is received, you will be refunded the full price of the item within 24 hours.  I am not responsible for delays in bank processing as a result of bank guidelines or holidays.
  • Returns: To return an item, please mail it to the following address: Pandora’s Products, 978 Eastern Ave, Holden, ME 04429.
  • Shipping:  At this time, all items are shipped USPS only via Priority mail, which takes 2-4 days to be received.  If you are a wholesaler or distributor that requires UPS shipping services, please email me, to place your order.
  • Ordering: You can shop 24 hours a day on our online system! All orders are securely placed through PayPal.
  • Cancellations: At this time, orders cannot be canceled, once it has been placed.  If you change your mind after your order has been placed, you may return the *unopened* parcel.  Once it is received and the contents have been verified, a full refund will be issued, less shipping fees.
  • Shipping cut-off times: All orders placed before 3:00 pm Eastern Time are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days or less, excluding major holidays and weekends, which may delay the process 1 business day.*  Purchases made after 3 p.m. on Friday will be shipped on Monday or the next business day (if Monday is a holiday).  *Large bulk orders may also be delayed, depending on the size of the order.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: I am not responsible for items damaged or lost, due to shipping merchants.  However, if items were not packed correctly, were damaged or defective due to my negligence, I will gladly refund the item(s).  Products may be returned after contacting alicia@pandorasproducts.net with photo images of the damaged or defective product(s).

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.

Payments

We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

When shopping, we keep a record of your email and the cart contents for up to 30 days on our server. This record is kept to repopulate the contents of your cart if you switch devices or needed to come back another day.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Event, Venue, and Organizer Information

If you create, submit, import, save, or publish Event, Venue, or Organizer information, such information is retained in the local database:

  1. Venue information: name, address, city, country, state, postal code, phone, website, geographical coordinates (latitude and longitude)
  2. Organizer information: name, phone, website, email
  3. Event information: website, cost, description, date, time, image

Importing Events, Venues, and Organizers:

  1. All data present within a CSV or ICS file and external URLs (for events, venues, organizers, and tickets)
  2. Import origin data (URL from where events are being imported—such as Eventbrite, MeetUp, other compatible URL sources, and more, which can include similar or same data as listed above)
  3. Eventbrite Ticket information: name, description, cost, type, quantity

Please note that to create new events through the Community Events submission form, a user must hold a website account on this domain. This information is retained in the local database. It is also possible to create events anonymously, if the site owner has this option enabled.

When purchasing Eventbrite Tickets, attendee, purchaser, and order information are stored and managed by Eventbrite.

API Keys

We make use of certain API keys, in order to provide specific features.

These API keys may include the following third party services: Google Maps, Meetup, PayPal, and Eventbrite (API key, auth URL and Client Secret).

We collect information about you during the registration, enrollment, and checkout processes on our site.

When you register an account with us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

  • Send you information about your account, orders, courses, and memberships
  • Communicate with you about courses and memberships that you’re enrolled in
