Policies

  • Exchanges / Refunds: If you are not completely satisfied or have any negative reactions to our products for any reason, you may return your item to us for a full refund or exchange of equal value (if the replacement item is a lesser value, we will refund you the difference).
    • Shipping costs are your responsibility, and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    • Please note that sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Refunds: Once your returned item is received in our facility, you will be refunded for the full price of the item within 24 hours.  We are not responsible for delays in bank processing as a result of bank guidelines or holidays.
  • Returns: To return an item to us, please mail it to the following address: Pandora’s Products, Inc., 2637 Union Blvd, Islip, NY 11751.
  • Shipping:  At this time, we are only able to ship orders via USPS.  We ship all items via Priority mail, which takes 2-4 days to be received.  If you are a wholesaler or distributor that requires UPS shipping services, please email us, (hyperlink to contact form or this email address alicia@pandorasproducts.net) to place your order.
  • Ordering: You can shop 24 hours a day on our online system! For web orders we accept: PayPal (a secure site).
  • Cancellations: At this time, we are not able to cancel an order, once it has been placed.  If you are change your mind after your order has been placed, you may return the *unopened* parcel to us.  Once we receive it and verify all contents, we will issue a full refund, less shipping fees.
  • Shipping cut-off times: All orders placed before 3:00 pm Eastern Time are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days or less, excluding major holidays and weekends, which may delay us 1 business day.*  Purchases made after 3 p.m. on Friday will be shipped on Monday or the next business day (if Monday is a holiday).  *Large bulk orders may also be delayed, depending on the size of the order.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: We are not responsible for items damaged or lost, due to shipping merchants.  However, if items were not packed correctly, were damaged or defective due to our negligence, we will gladly refund the item(s).  Products may be returned to us after contacting alicia@pandorasproducts.net with photo images of the damaged or defective product(s).
