Quotable statements:

  • Facts not Fads
  • Wellness is our birthright; it’s neither expensive nor difficult. Take back your Freedom and claim your Empowerment!

I’m from a “small” southern metropolis of 3 million people, systematically moving north to find the land of my dreams in Maine. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre, a Master of Arts in Holistic Wellness, and am a certified Usui Reiki Master Practitioner/Elder Greenfire WiseWoman.

I’ve spent over 20 years researching natural and alternative forms of healing. I also spent a decade working in health insurance, auto/home insurance; I’ve worked for hospital physicians and chiropractors. I’ve seen all sides of what I call “our sick care model” and understand how and why they do or do not work.

My mission is to help people cut through all the confusion about being healthy. I’ve lost family, friends, and clients from lifestyle diseases… I’ve had my own health concerns. I want you to do what I do—get a diagnosis from western medicine and responsibly follow a Holistic and sensible, empowered existence.

There’s a middle road between medicine and nature; I’m here to help you find it.

Join me September, October, and November, while I offer courses in Dexter, Hampden, Orono, and Dover-Foxcroft. Discover the truth behind the trends. We’ll cover how you can heal with

  • Hope – plant-based, low-fat meals designed to reverse our impact on planet Earth,
  • Grace – organic skincare made with ingredients you can pronounce that won’t add toxins to our water and soil,
  • Ancient Wisdom – it’s time we stop listening to external sources and tune in to our internal cues. Forget Fads. Learn the Facts.

Here’s a PDF of the upcoming workshops and an outline of what’s covered. Adult Ed courses offer a wealth of information at a fraction of the cost for my online programs. These are a great way to save time scouring the internet for (mostly incorrect) answers!
