I’ll “Cashew” Later Cooking Demo

In this interactive online Zoom workshop, you’ll prepare the items below while I guide you in my kitchen. A Q&A is offered at the end of the workshop with recipe suggestions; ingredients are provided beforehand, so you can make it as we go along. This menu is 100% plant-based and is gluten and soy-free:

- Cashew Rawcotta: the easiest and most addictive replacement for ricotta!
- Cashew Ranch dressing: here’s a whole food, natural, safe, delicious dip and dressing!
