Fear no more! Join me at Tiller & Rye for another powerful, easy, plant-based cooking demo. This time, we’ll learn the art of pressure cooking and the benefits of cooking your own beans… in half the time! Forget soaking, boiling an hour, then letting them sit for 3 hours. No complicated formulas, no exploding cookers. Just healthy, inexpensive fiber and protein in less than 20 minutes.

- Chickapea Salad – chickpeas, spices, lots of variations! I created this salad as an alternative to chicken salads commonly sold in NY deli’s and bagel shops…
- Clean Start Kale Salad – if you’re not already a kale lover, you may be at the end of this! My “Original Kale Salad” was created in 2007 when I began my journey as a raw food chef.
