“No Pressure II!” Cooking Demo

Fear no more! Join me at Tiller & Rye for another powerful, easy, plant-based cooking demo. By request, we’ll learn the art of pressure cooking and the benefits of cooking your own grains.


Let’s dive into summer and clean out that seasonal winter weight gain!


Learn the simplicity & benefits of using a pressure cooker, create & take home these seasonal recipes (Gluten & Soy-Free):


  • Eggplant and Chickpea Medley – Salad? Dip? Spread? You decide! Roasted eggplant, chickpeas, with herbs and a spiced dressing.

  • Sweet Brown Rice – Brown rice with leeks and spices… one of my favorite spring recipes!

This class will include a Q&A session, recipes & my seasonal eating guide. We’ll also discuss other bean recipe options & the importance of these protein powerhouses! Please bring an apron & container for nom noms.
