In this interactive Zoom workshop, we’ll discover tasty new ways to use healthy ingredients. A Q&A session is offered at the end of the workshop with recipe suggestions; ingredients are provided beforehand so you can make it as we go, if desired. This menu is 100% plant-based and is soy/dairy/gluten-free. I created each of these recipes for private meal clients and health food markets.
- Chickapea Salad – an alternative to chicken salads commonly sold in deli’s and bagel shops
- Clean Start Kale Salad – if you’re not already a kale lover, you may be at the end
- Chia Pudding – high-fiber, Omega 3 chia bowls with 4 variations. No more chia pets!
As the proprietor of Pandora’s Lunchbox, Alicia has offered plant-powered meals since 2007 & has a Masters in Holistic Wellness. She has been teaching healing & nutrition since 2013.
