In this interactive online Zoom workshop, you’ll prepare the items below while I guide you in my kitchen. Even if you missed the last 2 classes, I’ll show you how to make simple, healthy, whole food dishes! A Q&A session is offered at the end of the workshop with recipe suggestions; ingredients are provided beforehand, so you can make it as we go along. This menu is 100% plant-based and is gluten and soy-free:
- Cashew Crème/Pesto: One of the most versatile crème’s to keep in your fridge. From Alfredo to a low-fat Caulifredo, you’ll love how magical the humble cashew is!
- Pandorable Patty: Possibly the best veggie burger there is, with no weird preservative, only a handful of ingredients, and a delicious texture!
- Bean pasta w/zucchini ribbons: High-protein, whole food pastas are the rage! Add zucchini ribbons and take your health to a new level!
