Learn to separate fact from fad! In this 3-week course, you’ll learn how important sleep, meditation & exercise really are. You’ll learn how to nourish all your senses, get pantry basics, see how digestion works & how to shop for groceries.
This 3-week course requires Rsvp for all 3 sessions.
- Week 1: Mind, Body, Spirit: the first week covers sleep, exercise, meditation, nourishment for our senses, and time management hacks.
- Week 2: Nourishment Basics: discusses macro- and micronutrients, common misconceptions, portion control, fad DIEts, digestion, chewing, and snacking.
- Week 3: Preparing for Success: the final week explains clean foods to have on hand, herbs & spices, how to read ingredient labels, clever marketing scams, shopping & prepping food for success.
