Hope, Grace, Ancient Wisdom
Organic, local, seasonal. Whether it’s cooking for private clients or cafe’s, making skincare, writing, or teaching, I believe in healing through Facts not Fads™.
I’m from a “small” Florida metropolis of 3 million people, systematically moving to Asheville, NC, Long Island, NY and now… the Bangor area in Maine. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre, a Master of Arts in Holistic Wellness, am a certified Laser Operator, and an Usui Reiki Master Practitioner/Elder Greenfire WiseWoman.
I’ve spent over 20 years researching natural and alternative forms of healing. I also spent a decade working in health insurance, auto/home insurance; I’ve worked for hospital physicians and chiropractors. I’ve seen all sides of what I call “our sick care model” and understand how and why they do or do not not work.
My mission is to help people cut through the confusion about being healthy. I’ve lost family, friends, and had personal health concerns. I want people to get a diagnosis from western medicine and responsibly follow a Holistic and sensible, empowered existence.

Long Bio: Alicia Randolph-Lucchesi is the author of Transformation 101: Your Guide to Empowerment in Just 3 Weeks. She’s cured her health conditions with natural remedies and has researched natural skin care, herbal medicine, nutrition, spiritual philosophies, and personal development for over 20 years. Working with local libraries is a passion… they’re a fundamental tool in my lifelong thirst for knowledge. Audio books fueled my transformation during my 4- hour plant-based meal deliveries—libraries are my “go-to-safe-spot,” when I need to retreat.
When I moved to Maine, I longed to reconnect with libraries like I had in New York. June 2019 provided my first opportunity to share mindfulness with library patrons again.

Reporter Rebecca Alley shares my journey of balancing Eastern and Western medicine/philosophy. “While the delivery service is still very much a part of her repertoire, Randolph-Lucchesi notes the importance of not just making healthy food for her community, but teaching those around her how to make it themselves. In her classes, she strives to make plant-based cooking easy, accessible and inviting for her students. Teaching online during the pandemic, she also developed methods to overcome the potential pitfalls from videoconferencing platforms.” The full article is here…

Professional Feedback
I’ve tattooed professionally for over 15 years and your line of “Real Heal” Tattoo after care products are the BEST on the market… hands Down! I recommend it to everyone getting tattoos. Thank you for ensuring that my tattoos heal perfectly. Keep up the amazing work!
-Rob Lucchesi, Black Cats Tattoo, Pt Jeff Station, NY
Pandora’s Products are amazing. Pandoras Products help my art live brighter and longer for my clients! I only recommend Pandoras Products to all my client’s to heal their tattoos and piercings.
-Nikki Temer, Santa Fe Talisman Tattoo & Piercing, Santa Fe, NM
During the past fifteen years in the Tattooing and Permanent Cosmetics Industries we have used several aftercare products that are common in the industry. Some of these products did nothing, while others caused more problems than helped. The overwhelming majority of these products are petroleum base ointments thereby producing an environment for bacterial growth and subsequent infections. Over the past few years, we have been introduced to a far superior and organic aftercare product made by Pandoras Products. Real Heal Tattoo Salve combined with Real Heal Foaming soap make the perfect pair in tattoo care. With their all-natural ingredients, these products are not only used by our own artists but are recommended to all our clients who have experienced shorter healing time, better and brighter results in colour retention in their tattoos, and no infections. We will continue to use and highly recommend these products.
– Kib Baldeo, House of Colour, Bay Shore, NY
Best product I have ever used for the tattoo healing process (and I do have quite a lot). Thin, so it doesn’t suffocate the tattoo, lets it breathe. Also, does not stick to clothing like other alternatives which makes it more comfortable. I swear by the soap as well, feels like it helps heal faster in addition to the salve. Makes your skin feel soft and smells absolutely amazing.
-Sam Castro, Albuquerque, NM
I endorse Pandora’s Products. My Clients have had nothing but good to say about them. They provide an affordable aftercare made with solid, healthy ingredients!

Wooow! I miss your cooking.
I'm extremely picky with the food I eat after I got sick and cooked most of my own meals, and you were one of the very few and the absolute best in terms of quality, variety and taste. -antiinflammatory_diet (instagram)
